Self-Effacement I (Diptych) is a response to the research conducted from Empirical Provocations. Forming a multi-exposed self-portrait.

Self-Effacement II (Bonny Street) shows a figure (the artist) interacting with a series of non-descript underground locations, walking and leading the viewer to curiously follow. The locations were shot twice. One without the figure, and one with.

The editing process involved places both films simultaneously over one another, flashing between the two in a jagged and disorientating manner.
